at Books & Books
Coral Gables, FL

Gene de Souza

About the class:
This is for the ones that want to know why living with gratitude is more than playing Pollyanna’s Glad Game. Thanksgiving is a great moment to think about Gratitude. Do you really know what is this all about? Moreover, do you know what effects it has proven to bring in improving people’s well-being? The act of gratitude appears in every religion history, and the biggest connection between all of them are the positive effects on people’s life. Yes, counting your blessings can make you happier!
