14th BRAZILIAN FILM FESTIVAL OF MIAMI begins August 13
The Inffinito Festival Circuit arrives in Miami for the 14th edition of the Brazilian Film Festival of Miami, which takes place from the 13th to the 21st of August.

The event is part of the Official Calendar of the City of Miami Beach and is recognized by ANCINE, the Ministry of Culture, the Audiovisual Secretariat, APEX, Embratur and local governments as a successful business and communication platform for media, professionals and companies investing in audiovisual products.

The Competitive Screening will take place once again at the Colony Theater, with short and feature films competing for the Cristal Lens Award, the most prestigious award in Brazilian cinema outside the country. Cinema Paradiso in Fort Lauderdale will screen recent films that have earned both public and critical acclaim, in addition to the tribute screening.

The MarketPlace, with panel discussions and business meetings scheduled in distribution, co-production, marketing and distribution, will once again be held in parallel to the festival, with the presence of important names in the Brazilian and international film industries.

In addition to the Awards the Closing Night will present Maria Gadú live in concert, one of the newest singers in the popular Brazilian music scene.
